Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Handling Fees

• Handling Fee: A 2% handling fee is applied to all orders to cover secure processing and specialized packaging.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Insurance & Security Every shipment from McFarland Metals is fully insured for its full replacement value. We use discreet, sturdy packaging that does not mention "metals," "silver," or "gold" on the outside of the box to ensure your investment arrives safely and privately.

Signature Requirement To ensure the security of your high-value items, an adult signature is required for all deliveries. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

Shipping Destinations McFarland Metals currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to insurance requirements.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Loss If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 205-887-0591 or via our Contact Page. We will handle the insurance claim process and ensure your investment is protected.
